- All systems are built with production-quality code, security best practices, and practical documentation
- We provide clear handover materials including access credentials, deployment guides, and technical documentation
- Post-launch support and refinement terms are defined per engagement
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code, designs, and deliverables produced for their engagement
- Third-party tools, libraries, and platforms used in builds remain under their respective licences
- ScaleOS retains the right to reference completed work in case studies and portfolio presentations unless otherwise agreed
- All client data, business information, and project details are treated as confidential
- We do not share client information with third parties without explicit written consent
- Confidentiality obligations survive the conclusion of any engagement
- ScaleOS liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered systems
- Clients are responsible for maintaining backups and access security for deployed systems after handover
